It Does Not Add Up

The State introduced bank records of Meca Corporation to influence the jury in believing most sums of money went to Harrod. After going through them, the amounts claimed by the State were shown to be highly exaggerated.

The sums from Meca to Harrod were shown to be what Harrod claimed on his taxes. Nowhere did the sum of $100,000.00 appear as being transferred to Harrod as his ex-wife had claimed. The State did attempt to use transfers of funds to some of Meca other projects to “stack” on what Harrod did receive.

The actual amounts paid to Harrod do not come anywhere near the amount claimed by his ex-wife in her testimony, she has again lied on the stand.
