The State Has NO Proof

Harrod has never denied the existence of a business relationship with Ed Tovrea and the Meca Corporation. Also there has never been a denial of the phone calls to Meca and Ed Tovrea regarding business.

What Harrod does deny is the link the State applies to the calls, saying they were to conspire to commit murder. If in fact the States allegations were true why didn’t the Federal Prosecutors office take this case as it is a federal crime to use phone “Interstate” to commit a felony.

The state has NO proof of any crime or discussion or conspiring, no tapes, transcripts or witnesses to any call is put forward by the State. If the State really believes this is the case why didn’t they arrest Ed Tovrea for conspiring?

These records do nothing but confirm what Harrod told police in 1988, he was having business conversations.
